Dear Catalyst Community,

We are sure that what we are about to say is already a given for most of you, but it is nevertheless important to be absolutely clear about our position.

We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and everyone who has been affected by the ongoing invasion. Furthermore, it is absolutely essential that everyone at Catalyst stands together in support of each and every member of our community throughout this difficult and uncertain time.

Following the prolonged period of pandemic uncertainty we have just endured, the situation will likely create further tension and fear for many. There have and will be students and team members that are deeply and personally affected by this war, and Catalyst would like to offer everything we can to support you, irrespective of your nationality or political stance. We recognise that this may be limited.

Our community is built on collaboration and it is at times like this that we stand shoulder to shoulder and show each other just how meaningful that word can be.

For this to be truly powerful, we call on each and every member of the community to show ongoing empathy, understanding and a deeply shared wish for a quick and peaceful resolution.
