Dear Students,

We hope this email finds you well.

As some of you might know, there was a meeting planned Thursday between the Ad-Hoc Student Union and the administration. The goal of the meeting was to continue discussing the tuition refund petition that was circulated in October regarding the state of the facilities.

Unfortunately, this meeting had to be canceled due to one of the admins being ill.

We’d like to apologise for the repeated postponements due to sickness among the admins, and also due to changes in our administration team.

In light of this, we kindly request your patience and understanding as we work towards resolving these challenges. We are actively addressing the issues of the facility expansion and the concerns in the petition, and are working towards scheduling the meeting as quickly as possible.
