Hi everyone

As we move closer to a time when we expect to see a reduction in the operating restrictions imposed on us by COVID, I wanted to thank you for the patience and understanding you have shown in dealing with the situation. 

This has obviously been a mammoth challenge worldwide for everyone involved in education. Many of the Catalyst team feel that one of the key reasons we are managing to get through this better than most, is because of the co-operation and understanding shown by the vast majority of our students. A sense of doing this together.

As you know, most universities have had no access to classrooms or workshop facilities since March 2020. As a result of our extremely small class size and the large amount of facility, we were able to keep the site almost fully open until Christmas. Since then we have been thankful that we were able to continue providing access to the facilities in order to give you what  you require to keep creating and complete your projects.

We hope that we will be able to move back to a situation similar to pre-Christmas soon, but we are awaiting announcements from the German and Berlin authorities before taking any further steps. Just as before, a hygiene protocol will be in place to ensure our community remains safe. 

We will continue to revise our plan as new announcements are made.
